I love to work with the future. Vinex neighbourhoods, construction sites, casco buildings, asphalt roads… objects that set a new direction. I believe that the present is a construction that prepares us for the future. In my independent work, I translate this into photography, paintings and analogue collages. The aesthetics in my visual work lead us to uncertain, yet attractive times.

After my studies Fine Art and Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, I worked on projects and exhibitions for several artists and art institutions, such as Expodium, Casco Art Institute, Skulptur Projekte Munster, Piet Zwart Institute and the Willem de Kooning Academy.
